Our Return & Exchange Policy
-If you are not satisfied with the shoes, you can return for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the receipt.
-Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, we accept exchange or return for any reason before bad feedback/dispute without email us first. If there was any problem with your purchase please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it fast, thank you.
-By ebay return policy the buyer will be responsible for non-Prime item return shipping.
-The refund will be issued within 3-7 business days upon receiving the returned shoes, please kindly note the transfer of the refund may take 3-5 days to complete. We offer a full refund of the shoe price. However, if the returned items show signs of wear/used and are not sellable, the refund will not be issued. (Yet, we fully understand if the box if badly damaged due to USPS shipping methods, thank you.)
-If you'd like an exchange, we suggest ordering a new shoes for the exchange to avoid the back and forth shipping/handling time. We will issue a full refund including the previous shipping of the unwanted order upon receiving the returned shoes. (Please note the previous shipping is non-refundable, but we will cover the unwanted shoe shipping if there's a new order for exchange.)
